My Blogs

Blogging is something I have always wanted to do. This blog is special and dear to me. Instead of the typical blogs highlighting standard information about therapy and mental illness, I want to share my daily thoughts about the therapy process. When engaging in therapy, we are required to be vulnerable. I do not want anyone to feel or think they are alone in the process. I hope I am able to reach one person and motivate him or her to choose to live and fight for a better life.
